- If you max out early then drop the weight back to 80-85% & continue doing sets of 2+2 in the time left (max of 5 sets of that 2+2).

We will be open Monday morning for a short Open Gym slot & a Hero WoD Class to mark the day. Open Gym at 7:30am. Hero WoD Class at 8:15am.
If you want in then book online. If we garner enough interest (add yourself to the waitlist) we will turn it into a Partner Hero WoD.
In addition we will be collecting gold coin donations Friday, Saturday & Monday and all proceeds will go to the Legacy Foundation. Dig deep & give whatever you can.
