Choice A): Solo Version:
10 Rounds For Time,
20 (15) Calorie Row 10 KB Swings (24kg / 16kg) 5 Burpee's .*Just you and your thoughts (& your Fitness of course!!)
.Choice B): Partner Version:
10 Rounds For Time,
20 Calories Assault Bike 15 KB Swings (24kg / 16kg) 10 Burpee's.
*Alternate each movement. EG: P1 does the bike. P2 then does the swings. P1 the Burpee's. P2 the bike, etc etc.... until 10 rounds total are complete.
.Choice C): "In a Trio" Version:
30 Rounds For Time,
10 Calorie Row / Bike 7 KB Swings (24kg / 16kg) 5 Burpee's.
*Sprint style, one member completes a whole round while the other two rest. Rotate through your 3 members until each has done 10 full rounds thus completing 30 in total. Each effort should be 100% flat out
