For Max Load: 

  Strict Shoulder Press 5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5       Then as a finisher perform MAX Reps @50% of Heaviest successful set! One attempt only. (Lowest weight will be an empty barbell, even if your 50% is lower than that).       Compare 5's to 06/10/14.  Post all Loads to comments. IMG_0976
