22/04/16 – “Can’t Get Away From Them Bells!!”

  A: Skill Every 2 Minutes For 10 Minutes (5 Rounds): . 4 - 10 Toes To Bar 2 Turkish Get Ups
  • On the Toes To Bar pick a rep and/or scale that you will benefit from. NOT one that is too high/too difficult to maintain.
  • On the Turkish Get Ups it is 1 rep PER hand so make it a good challenge for yourself.
  • This is a skill section, not a full blown WoD. Don't go HAM!
. B: WoD, Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 15 Minutes: . 16 Dumbbell Snatches (20 / 15 kg) 16 Dumbbell Front Rack Lunges (2x 20 / 2x 15 kg) 16 Weighted Abmat Sit Ups (20 / 15 kg)  
  • The DB Snatches are 8 on one hand before swapping over. Its not alternating reps today.
  • Rack up TWO DB's on your shoulders, much like a front squat, and alternate your steps. Not walking lunges.
  • The sit ups, cradle the one DB on your chest.
