- On the Toes To Bar pick a rep and/or scale that you will benefit from. NOT one that is too high/too difficult to maintain.
- On the Turkish Get Ups it is 1 rep PER hand so make it a good challenge for yourself.
- This is a skill section, not a full blown WoD. Don't go HAM!
- The DB Snatches are 8 on one hand before swapping over. Its not alternating reps today.
- Rack up TWO DB's on your shoulders, much like a front squat, and alternate your steps. Not walking lunges.
- The sit ups, cradle the one DB on your chest.
