As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible in 21 Minutes:

  12 Dumbbell Thrusters (17.5's / 12.5's) 9 Knees To Elbow / 18 Abmat Sit Ups 6 Ring Dips 300m / 200m Row    

 

  ** Knees To Elbows only if you have them as prescribed. Otherwise go to the Abmat **
