EMOM Gone Bad!
Every Minute On The Minute For 30 Minutes:
Min 1 - 15 Wall Ball Shots (9kg / 7kg, Both to 10ft) Min 2 - 18 KB Sumo Dead Lift High Pulls (24kg / 16kg) Min 3 - 25 Box Jumps (20" box) Min 4 - 18 DB Push Press (2x 15kg / 2x 10kg) Min 5 - 15 (10) Calorie Row Min 6 - REST**
The intention is that you should be getting some rest at the end of each minute, NOT maxing out for all 60 secs. Scale accordingly to see that this happens.
Be efficient, show great technique and string some reps together.

To work out score simply post the last SUCCESSFUL round, e.g.: If you went all the way through without a hitch then your score is 30. If however you did not make the required reps in say round 11 (which would have been the second time on the rower), then your score would be 10 as that previous round was the last time you made the reps needed.
