23/06/16 – “Swinging Annie”

WoD 

A: Coordination Skill / Strength Kettlebell Turkish Get Up,  8 Mins to find a "heavy 3-reps"
  • We have singled out the Kettlebell today add in a challenge on the balance & coordination aspect (as compared to a Dumbbell that is easier to hold whilst moving).
  • We value this move a lot as it is a great tool to warm the whole body up plus it helps strengthen your stabilisers through the shoulders & build a great strong midline too.
  • Compare this to your "heavy 3" from 09/06/16
  . B: WoD, For Time: 50 - 40 - 30 - 20 - 10 (reps) of: Double Unders Kettlebell Swing (24 / 16 kg) .
  • As alway scale as needed. This is hard on the grip.
  • 18 Min time cap.
