A: Coordination Skill / Strength Kettlebell Turkish Get Up, 8 Mins to find a "heavy 3-reps"- We have singled out the Kettlebell today add in a challenge on the balance & coordination aspect (as compared to a Dumbbell that is easier to hold whilst moving).
- We value this move a lot as it is a great tool to warm the whole body up plus it helps strengthen your stabilisers through the shoulders & build a great strong midline too.
- Compare this to your "heavy 3" from 09/06/16
- As alway scale as needed. This is hard on the grip.
