WoD, Every Minute On The Minute ('EMOM') x 21 Mins:

. Min 1 - 3 Dead Lifts (Heavy) Min 2 - 10 Box Jumps (30" / 24") Min 3 - 7 Strict Toes To Bar  
  • Knowledge is power & knowing how you should move is crucial to understanding the why we should move. Moving well, really well, will see you moving as fast you need to. Use each minute to really feel out each of these moves. They are not designed to be a struggle within the 60 second period. Uphold our standards here at CBD and move the best you ever have done. Learn from each repetition and hone those moves down pat.
  • Lift heavy (with the upmost of respect for the form)
  • Jump nice & high. Jump & land with your knees inline, and conquer those demons if height is an issue for you.
  • Refrain from any sort of kip today. Its from hollow body to a flexed position & back again under control. Scale appropriately to get the best out of this valuable accessory movement.
