Complete As Many Reps As Possible in 7 Minutes of:

  Strict Handstand Push Up  

- Compare To 03/10/14 -

  Party B):

 3 Rounds, 1 Minute 'ON' - 2 Minutes 'OFF' of:

  MAX Calories Air Assault Bike  

 

      Post number of HSPU's from Party 'A', and for Party 'B', Post the three Calorie numbers from each interval along with the total Calories scored to comments. IMG_8072

Days like these are important. Strict Gymnastic strength is CRUCIAL to overall development.....

.....and hard efforts on the bike reward your Fitness like few other things in life!
