WoD: For MAX Reps:

. Clock set for 12 Mins (this part only) 1 Min of Hang Power Clean & Jerks (75% of 1RM*) 1 Min of Rowing Calories 2 Mins of Hang Power Clean & Jerks 2 Mins of Rowing Calories 3 Mins of Hang Power Clean & Jerks 3 Mins of Rowing Calories .

At the 12:00 mark move immediately into Part B....

Post WoD Strength Test: For load:

. Establish a 3-Rep Max Push Jerk in 6 Mins   
  • Bar is taken from floor.
  • Take as many attempts as you want.
 

*= Base your 75% off of your 1rm power clean & push jerk number (if known)
