Turkish Get Up

  2 x 5 (each Arm)  

Part B:

  6 Rounds for total time (minus rest): 7 Push Press (50kg/35kg) 14 Front Squats (50kg/35kg)   REST 90 secs between rounds. Record total working time only    

 * 16 Min Time Cap *
