Min 1 - 7 Unbroken Hang Power Cleans & 1 Unbroken Push Jerk Min 2 - 6 Unbroken Hang Power Cleans & 2 Unbroken Push Jerks Min 3 - 5 Unbroken Hang Power Cleans & 3 Unbroken Push Jerks Min 4 - 4 Unbroken Hang Power Cleans & 4 Unbroken Push Jerks Min 5 - 3 Unbroken Hang Power Cleans & 5 Unbroken Push Jerks Min 6 - 2 Unbroken Hang Power Cleans & 6 Unbroken Push Jerks Min 7 - 1 Unbroken Hang Power Clean & 7 Unbroken Push Jerks- Focus on efficient cycling of the reps. If you completed this last time round (27/10/15) then your goal is to complete all 7 rounds at or just above your top weight from then. If this is your first go at this then you can add load as you go, form permitting of course, however the cap is 65% of your max push jerk.
