In Groups Of Two
Perform
30 min AMRAP For Reps Of:
PACE SET: China Town Run
(A) Kettlebell Thruster (2x 16kg/2x 12kg)
(B) Sumo Deadlift High-Pull (42.5kg/30kg)
(C) Box Jump (24"/18")
While one partner runs the other gets as many reps done as possible. When the return swap and continue collecting reps. Move from exercise "A" to exercise "B" once both partners have run and completed the exercise. Continue in this fashion to exercise "C", then start again at "A" cycling through to gain as many reps as possible in 30min.
