24/8/13 – “Muscle Your Way Up The Ladder!”

30 Minute AMRAP of: An incremental ladder increasing reps by 2 each round (2-2-run, 4-4-run, 6-6-run, etc etc)   Muscle Up* Back Squat (85kg, 55kg) China Town Run     *Scaling for Muscle Ups is either banded transition's or 2x pull ups AND 2x ring dips. Either way double the number of reps each round as compared to the muscle ups (e.g.: 6 MU's = 12 Banded transitions or 12 each of pull ups/ring dips ((the latter broken down into mini sets of 2/2's)) ).     Post number of total reps to comments.
