Complete Each AMRAP in order, then repeat and compare scores. 3min AMRAP Of: 3 Deadlift (1.5 x BW/BW) 5 Burpee Over Bar   3min AMRAP Of: 5 Hang Power Clean (75%BW/60%BW) 7 Ring Dip   3min AMRAP Of: 7 Box Jump (24"/18") 21 Double Under   NO rest between each AMRAP! 3min rest before starting the repeat.
