.Do this workout before your Main Course today:
.WoD "Death By Burpee"
. With a continuously running clock perform: . 1 Burpee in the first 1 min, 2 Burpees in the second min......3 Burpees in the third.... etc etc. The workout ends when you can no longer complete the number of reps within the minute.- 12 Min Time/Rounds Cap (meaning the round of 12 Burpees is the last one). It is Christmas Day after all. Head out to the garage or garden. Get a quick warm up in & hit this full throttle BEFORE your Xmas lunch!All up you should be done inc warm up/cool down in under 20 minutes max.
