. In Teams of 2 26 Minute AMRAP . 26 Dead Lifts (65kg / 42.5kg) 26 Box Jumps (30" / 24") 26 Cleans (65kg / 42.5kg) 26 Calories on Rower / Bike 26 Push Jerks (65kg / 42.5kg) 26 Calories on Bike / Rower 26 Front Squats (65kg / 42.5kg) 26 Burpees Over Bar  
  • Round 1: Swap at the 13 rep mark.
  • Round 2: Go 1:1 rep wise (except the calories)
  • Scale as needed.
