- What 3 words best describe yourself? Really. Loves. Champagne. . - How long have you been doing CrossFit? Long enough to still not have cracked "RX" pull ups. (cough...nearly 4 years...cough). . - Favourite/least favourite WOD? Favourite – CF total/Annie Least favourite – Kelly. The veterans may remember my tantrum. I kicked a box and had to pretend it didn’t hurt my toe. . - Favourite/least favourite exercise? Favourite – Overhead squats and double unders Least favourite- running. . - Dream job? Firefighter!! But would need to get better at running and climbing stairs!! Lol. . - Favourite cheat meal? (Paleo or not! Lol!). Champagne/wine and antipasto. . - Do you like fish? 😊 Fish is delish especially when paired with chips. . - Any goals you hope to achieve on the ROD? Firstly I’d like to climb the stairs without being puffed. Beyond that I’d like to be able to Rx every body weight movement. . - Any advice for a new member up on the ROD? We’ve all been there. Get involved and give things a try. You’ll find you’re capable of more than you can imagine. . - Lastly tell us a joke 😊 What happens to a frog's car when it breaks down? It gets toad away.
