- Ceiling on the barbell is 75% of your MAX Thruster (NO more than that!!)
- Power clean MUST be touch & go reps.
- Thrusters must be "linked reps"
- "RX" = 40 / 30 kg.
- Scale Op1 = 30 / 25 kg.
- Scale Op2 = 20 / 15 kg.
- This is a LIGHTWEIGHT workout & as such should see unbroken barbell reps for the majority of the WoD. Scale as needed.
