. 4 Rounds For Time: . 400m Run 50 Air Squats- No time cap. Get to a track, a park, the beach, whatever. Get after some good honest hard yakka. Don't get tempted to add a weight vest or make this any harder. Simply do this to best of your ability. Run as hard as you can & keep the squatting form on point
- Weight in heels
- Knees tracking toes
- Get the hip crease to pass below the top of your knee (with a straight back!)
