Three Part WoD:
. A): EMOM* x 5 Mins: . 1 Power Snatch + 1 Snatch- Build as you go. As long as proper form & speed are present throughout.
- Score this with your opening & closing weight.
- Move that butt! Focus on staying unbroken on both movements
- Scale as needed.
- Score this by number of successful rounds completed.
- Full squat snatch.
- Try to nail that weight you want. Under a bit of fatigue can you get it??
- Score this by the combined load of all 5 snatches.
1 Minute Rest / Transition between EMOM's
