Min 1 - 7 Unbroken Hang Power Cleans & 1 Unbroken Push Jerk Min 2 - 6 Unbroken Hang Power Cleans & 2 Unbroken Push Jerks Min 3 - 5 Unbroken Hang Power Cleans & 3 Unbroken Push Jerks Min 4 - 4 Unbroken Hang Power Cleans & 4 Unbroken Push Jerks Min 5 - 3 Unbroken Hang Power Cleans & 5 Unbroken Push Jerks Min 6 - 2 Unbroken Hang Power Cleans & 6 Unbroken Push Jerks Min 7 - 1 Unbroken Hang Power Clean & 7 Unbroken Push Jerks- We are looking for efficient cycling of the reps. We can add load as we go, form permitting of course, but the cap is 65% of your max push jerk.
WoD: 2 Rounds, Each For MAX Reps
Guys work to a 4:00 Clock; Ladies to a 4:30 Clock.
Seamstress Run MAX Reps Hang Power Clean & Jerk in time remaining (52.5kg / 37.5kg)- Rest Exactly 1 Minute between the two rounds.
. Post your opening & closing loads from the 'EMOM' and then the number of reps from each round to comments.
