A): Every Minute On The Minute, for 18 Mins:
Mins 0 - 9: Hi - Hang Snatch + Overhead Squat (w/3 second pause at the bottom) + Snatch Balance (NO heave!) Mins 10 - 18: 2 Snatch (Full Snatch)It takes courage & confidence to pull off a good, technically sound Snatch Balance without the aid of the heave. Work to get this drill right and your Snatch will improve!

The technique and that speed is the focus. Use only loads that enable you to keep to this.
Part B is the time to find the load. Use the confidence & speed gained from the first part and hit those doubles! -
