Then Athelete 1 and 2 swap Once both athletes have completed Hang Power Cleans, do the same as above except Athelete #2 perform as many reps as possible of :Front Squat (50kg/37.5kg)
Then Athelete 1 and 2 swap Continue performing as many reps as possible for 20mins. Post total reps as a group
