. Swim 30 Minutes for distance. .- Simples. Head to a pool or the beach & swim for 30 mins. Note your distance swam.
- This does not need to be 30 mins continuous swimming. Know when to rest & when to go again.
- Focus on the skill behind swimming & be efficient. This can be used as a great "active-recovery WoD".
- Please note: CrossFit CBD assumes no liability for your swimming. It is expected that you know how to swim proficiently & if you cannot then your "WoD' should be to go to a shallow pool and do 30 mins of wading/walking. Or better yet go and have a lesson. Please be sensible & don't do something you shouldn't!
