  • Move the heaviest load you can (with PROPER form)
  • Rest as needed between sets.
  • Compare to 18/12/14

. Single Leg Dead Lift (DB) 3 x 10 each leg Banded Good Mornings, 75 reps. .   . Post all loads from to Beyond The Whiteboard. pic.21:1:16
