Part a: Every Minute On The Minute For 10 Minutes: 6 Push Jerks (60kg, 42.5kg)   - Rest exactly 3 mins then -   Part b:  10 Min AMRAP: 8 Kettlebell Swings (24kg, 16kg) 8 Push Ups   Post number of successful rounds from part A, & number of rounds completed from B  to comments.
