. In Teams of 2 (stick with your accountability partner) 20 Minute AMRAP . China Town Run MAX Rep Hang Power Clean & Jerks (55kg / 37.5kg) China Town Run MAX Rep Sandbag Zercher Squats (Pick the load) China Town Run MAX Rep Double Unders China Town Run MAX Rep Burpees- Flow:
- While Partner 1 goes on run, Partner 2 will MAX rep out that movement. You the swap over (BOTH partners will do all the movements).
- We will score it by points. It works as follows:
- Loaded moves = HPC&Jerks and S'Bag-Z-Squats are 1:1. 1 reps = 1 point.
- Unloaded moves = Doubles and Burpees are 5:1. 5 reps = 1 point.
