Sumo Dead Lift 5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5 Use the heaviest load you can lift you can for each set (Form permitting!). Rest as needed between sets. Beginners to CrossFit &/or strength training will work moderate loads to learn proper technique. This is critical we learn the movement before we add the heavy loads! Post all Loads to comments.
