31/07/15 – “Spread Em’!”

For Max Loads: 

  Sumo Dead Lift   5 - 5 - 5 - 5 - 5     Use the heaviest load you can lift you can for each set (Form permitting!). Rest as needed between sets. Beginners to CrossFit &/or strength training will work moderate loads to learn proper technique. This is critical we learn the movement before we add the heavy loads!           Post all Loads to comments. Compare to 11/03/15 (working for 3's on that day).
