Work Your Way Through A Whole Deck Of Cards Using The Values In the Movements Below (e.g.: The 4 of Hearts would be 4 Hang Power Snatches)

Be sure to shuffle your deck well !!

. Clubs: Assault Bike Calories Diamonds: Wall Ball Shots  ** Spades: Dead Ball / SandBag Ground To Shoulder Hearts: Hang Power Snatch  ** .
  • Joker: 1000m Row - (if joker is not drawn, the card is valued at 50 reps, per card).
  • Ace: 1 Rep
  • Jack: 11 Reps
  • Queen: 12 Reps
  • King: 13 Reps
** Red card Movements are to be unbroken sets. Or it is a Sandbag Stair Carry down & up .
