For Time: Choose an option below and perform 10 rounds of either: A. 2 Weighted Pull Ups 3 Strict Pull Ups 4 Kipping Pull Ups **Place DB between feet, perform your weighted pull ups then let go of DB & continue through the strict and kipping reps.   B. 3 Strict Pull Ups 6 Kipping Pull Ups   C. 9/7 Strict pull Ups NOTE: Coming off the bar at ANY stage constitutes the termination of the round. DO NOT attempt to repeat that round, instead move onto the next round** ****25 Minute Time Cap****   Post workout option, time, & number of successfully completed sets to comments.
