4/12/12 – Down and Up By 5

  Of: 30 to 5 reps  of Wall Ball (9kg/7kg) Vs 5 to 30 reps of Hang Power Clean (50kg/35kg)   Wall Balls start at 30 counting down to 5 reducing by 5 reps per round and Hang Power Cleans (HPC)start at 5 and counts up to 30 increasing by 5 reps per round. So the first round is 30 Wall Ball and 5 HPC, Second round is 25 Wall Ball and 10 HPC and so on. 30 Sit-ups every time the ball is below the elbows or bar is below the knee before the set is finished.
