Part a:   1000m Row Time Trial   Part b:   13 Minute AMRAP (counting reps) of:   3 Ring dip (strict, no kip) 7 Squat Clean (60kg, 40kg) 3 Laps Farmers Carry, 1 lap= 20m (As Heavy As Possible)     Post time for Row and number of reps for AMRAP to comments.
