Pull Ups
Thrusters (42.5kg/30kg)
In the first minute do 1 Pull Up; in the second minute do 2 Pull Ups; third minute - 3 Pull Ups & so on until you cannot complete the required Pull Ups within that 60 sec period. Once you 'die' by pull ups, rest 60 seconds then resume WOD with Thrusters starting at the number you fell short of on the Pull Ups (i.e.: if you fell short of 13 Pull Ups, you recommence the Thrusters at #13). Continue in exactly the same fashion increasing 1 rep each round until you 'die' by Thrusters by which time you will have been dealt 'Double Death' ! ! !
