10 to 1 vs 1 to 10 Of: 10 to 1 Thruster (42.5kg/30kg) 1 to 10 Muscle Up Perform 10 Thrusters then 1 Muscle Up, 9 Thrusters then 2 Muscle Up, continuing in this pattern. For scaling Muscle Ups: Band muscle ups = 2x reps and any other scaling option = 3x reps. Post time and scaling to comments.
