7/6/12 – Double Death

  Death By: Pull-Up Then Death By: Thruster (15kg/20kg)   Perform 1 rep in the first minute, 2 reps in the second minute, 3 reps in the third minute... and so on. The workout ends when you can no longer complete the number of reps within the minute. Move from Pull-Ups to Thruster when Pull-Ups fail, then the workout is complete when thrusters fail. Post number of rounds completed to comments.
