- Yes that says Triple Unders! Scaling is often a dirty word in Crossfit circles with some looking down on it as if its beneath them. Scaling works BOTH ways. You got your doubles? Great now try to get some triples! If it isn't on yet thats fine, we will SCALE accordingly 🙂
