- Lifting Heavy is one thing. Lifting Heavy with a high heart rate is a whole other story!!
- Everyday life can often ask you to do things when you wouldn't class it as an ideal time to. Today we will replicate similar conditions. Just because you will be breathing hard it does NOT excuse you to lift it haphazardly!
- Even if your 1RM far exceeds these RX numbers today, it doesn't mean squat if you can't brace & lift safely inside a workout!!
- Before this workout we will amply & appropriately warm ourselves up on the barbell so you are ready to roll. Brace hard, don't rely on a belt & keep it "PG rated"!
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
