Complete For Time:

2 - 4 - 6 - 8 - 10 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 2 (Reps):

Power Clean (60 / 40 kg)

Push Jerk (60 / 40 kg)

Assault Bike Calories

.

.

  • Complete 2 Power Cleans, then 2 Push Jerks, then 2 Calories. The go back and complete 4,4,4 then 6,6,6 etc until you are back at the 2,2,2.
  • Try to cycle your reps in unbroken (or class to) batches.
  • Ride the calories hard.
  • Scale as needed.
