Push Jerk (60 / 40 kg)

- Complete 2 Power Cleans, then 2 Push Jerks, then 2 Calories. The go back and complete 4,4,4 then 6,6,6 etc until you are back at the 2,2,2.
- Try to cycle your reps in unbroken (or class to) batches.
- Ride the calories hard.
- Scale as needed.
