As Many REPs As Possible in 7 Minutes:
2, 4, 6, 8, 10, .........etc
Power Snatch (52.5 / 37.5 kg)
Pistol Squats, alternating.

- Climb as high up the ladder as you can. Do 2 Power Snatches & 2 Pistols (total, NOT 2 each side), then 4 Power Snatches & 4 Pistols, etc etc until the 7 mins runs out.
- Scale As Needed.
REST 3 MINS...........
