Strength WoD "CrossFit Total"
For Total Load Successfully Lifted.:
Back Squat, 1 Rep
Strict Press, 1 Rep
Deadlift, 1 Rep

- The 'Total' is a classic benchmarking workout where you are tested to show your absolute strength across 3 of the most important barbell lifts in strength training.
- Heres the kicker. Once you've warmed up you get only 3 attempts at each lift.
- Make a plan numbers wise and be ready attack a new PR or PR's.
- Time management is very important in this WoD. You will have 20 Mins on the Back Squat. 10 Mins on the Press, & 15 Mins on the Deadlift.

Post the best successful lift from each move, total them up and declare your CrossFit Total to Beyond The Whiteboard.
