With a Rolling Clock:
0 - 5 Mins: Row 1000m
5 - 10 Mins: 75 Unbroken Kettlebell Swings (24 / 16)
10 - 15 Mins: 800m Run
15 - 20 Mins: 200m Unbroken DB Farmers Carry (25 / 20)
20 - 25 Mins: Row 1000m

- On the Unbroken sections, Put down your objext/s and pay a 10 burpee penalty.
- Rest out what ever time is left before next window opens up.
- If the time beats you move on straight away to the next section.
