- Some highly grippy action today! You are only as strong as your grip will handle. No matter the task, be it in the gym or outside in life, you want to be assured you can hang on securely. Make good use of the hook grip on the barbell & use the Reverse hook grip when hanging off the bar.
- Couple rules on the second part. NO resting the bar on the back-rack position & NO resting it in the crease go the hips either. Both hands must be in contact with the barbell. Scale Hollow Rock to V-Ups/Tucks if required.
- Hold the standards. Form is priority as always.
- Scale As needed.
