3 Rounds For REPs:

0:00 - 3:00: China Town Run + MAX Calories, Rower or Assault Bike

3:00 - 4:00: MAX Dumbbell Push press (15 / 10 kg)

4:00 - 5:00: MAX Box Jump Overs (24" / 20" box)

2 Minutes REST Between Rounds

  • Treat this WoD like 'Fight Gone Bad'. You go for as many reps as possible in that particular movement & rotate straight onto the next one at the call.
  • There is no rest between the moves. The rest comes at the end of the complete round.
  • The run is not scored, only the Calories.
