In Teams of 2 Complete For Time:
Run 1600m
80 Abmat Sit-Ups*
Run 800m

- Partners will swap up the running every 200m. The "Dainty Run" is your run route today.
- Only one working at a time during the runs. The other rests it out until tagged back in.
- On the Sit-Ups it is 80 reps EACH, and it is in SYNC with each other. Up together, down together.
- 30 Min Time Cap. Run hard, run fast. Scale as needed.
