Every Minute On The Minute, For As Long As Possible:
7 Thrusters (35 / 25 kg)
7 Pull Ups
7 Burpees

- A true & genuine test of your Fitness. You have to go after it from the get-go!
- Scale as needed from the start (6,6,6 or 5,5,5 or 4,4,4 reps).
- Todays the minimum work requirement is 10 rounds. If you get counted out then take a few mins rest then return back in (on the same rep scheme) and complete the jerk needed to get to 10 rounds. do this 'AMRAP' style.
- 15 Min cap on the entire workout.
