- YES!
- Not just any ole burpee you are to set up a target overhead (pull up bar, gymnastics ring, etc) that is 6" from your full reach overhead.
- Jump up & touch the target with BOTH hands on every rep.
- Compare to 14/10/14 or to when you did this last in the 2012 Open
- Scale as needed.
