10 Handstand Push Ups
50 Double Unders

- On the HSPU the first 5 reps (at least) MUST be strict reps.
- Scale as needed.
- Post - WoD Mobility/Cool Down focus on those the traps & calves.
Post Score to Beyond The Whiteboard.
