Every Minute On The Minute, For 15 Minutes:
Min 1 - 18/12 Calorie Row
Min 2 - 15 Wall Ball Shots (9kg / 7kg, both to 10ft line)
Min 3 - 12 Hang Power Cleans (52.5kg / 37.5kg)
Min 4 - Row......
.....And so on & so forth fir the 15 Minutes to complete 5 rounds of each movement.
Your score will be the number of successful, consecutive Rounds completed from the start. For example going through the entire WOD beating the clock will generate a score of 15.
If however the clock beats gets the better of you, take note, for on that first occasion of the clock running out, the number of that previous round (previous
successful round) will become your score for the workout. You will also take the following minute off as rest and rejoin in after that minute.
