Perform The Following Tabatas
Back Squat (BW/75%//bw) Vs Max Height Jump Touch
Rest Exactly 2 min, Then
Kettlebell Swings (24kg/16kg) Vs Walking Lunge
Rest Exactly 2 min, Then
Sit-Up Vs Double Under
Each Tabata consist of 16 round, 8 of each exercise in the pair. Alternate between the exercise in the pair for each 20 second bout of work.
Scoring = The lowest number of any round for the exercise will the score for the Tabata.
Post the total of all lowest number of reps (for any round) of Back Squat, Jump, Kettlebell, Linge, Sit-Up, and Double Under. (6 scores in total) / Total of all reps performed in the wod. i.e. 60/300
